Unban Piss Rifle & The Classic

Personally, I don't think the Piss Rifle was much of a problem although the Classic was slightly annoying to play against. Not having to scope in gave you an unfair advantage over others. Anyways, I support the idea of unbanning the Sydney Sleeper.
