You need damn good luck to uncrate an unusual hat. Even more if to find one which costs more than the amount you spent for keys to find it lol
 
Did ya'll know that the most expensive Unusual Hat (Burning Flames Killer Exclusive) was recently bought for 10,000+ dollars? around 300 buds. Think about how much money that is?!?!?!? I'd save 8000 grand, 2000 for good computer. What would you guys do with that amount of money? :D

Is it really 0.66%? Idk. I don't believe it's 0.66% that seems too high. Maybe 0.002% or lesser.

Just think the money valve is making. One key cost 2.49 dollars. So the cost of one unusual is 331.71 dollars. Seems about right to me. That unusual is random and has a random effect. :-(

Probably the Blokes Bucket Hat or professional's panama. Both of which, in my opinion are quite nice hats. The lower end effects like planets and nuts&bolts can go for 16 keys and under. My recommendation is planets if youre going for cheap AND good looking

How about something with smoke and flames. I think i saw one that had an hell fire effect but... um it was hell expensive.
 
Well theres smoking and theres orbiting fire which are both relatively inexpensive. Zexlion has a combo with both these effects if you want to see what they look like
 
When yall find a stange gold aulstralian machina with a professional kill streak on it let me know....
