  • Reason for un-ban: I hadn't played on your server (tf2 snipezilla) in a month cause i was taking a break from tf2. I get back and for some odd reason I'm banned. I honestly have no Idea why i was banned it probably had something to do with an IP ban (my little brothers play on the same modem as I do and frankly they rage way too easily)
  • Banned by: unknown (too long ago to check? or I just didn't dig far enough into the site).
  • Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:49799454
  • Reason for un-ban is exactly what I said at the beginning.

Lots of VAC bans there. But by looking for your IP I can see you were caught by the server itself. So you might want to try harder with hiding your hacks. Just a thought.

Ah so you didn't seem to have read the whole "little brother hacks at the drop of a hat" if you had these following points would be made clear
A.) I don't hack myself (just unban this profile which is a relative ease)
B.) go ahead and keep my brother's accounts banned
C.) It's in no way in my control whether a completly different person makes bad choices and I get punished for it

Not even once on Snipezilla. Practice, practice more or go valve or skial or whatever servers. G'Bye .

You don't understand, we heard it all. "My brother hacking on my IP" and we all know it's complete bullshit. Please enjoy Valve servers.
Same thing i told the other guy
Do you want his steam profile, hmm? check his IP yourself before you throw the arrogant "excuses" card too quickly? Here is the link http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198088555006 If you could pay attention to his hours... its a little hard to "bullshit" that many hours isn't it.

And frankly categorizing stuff "excuses" as its been called is quite unprofessional and lazy on your part.

Try this

On a Windows computer, use the following information to release and renew your IPaddress: Go to "Start > Run" and type " cmd " (no quotes), then select "OK" Type " ipconfig /release " (no quotes) and press "Enter" Once the prompt returns, type " ipconfig /renew " (no quotes), then hit "Enter,"

Cheers.

And the reason I think ip bans are useless.

That changes your internal IP in your lan, you'd have to do this process with your router if you wanted to change your external IP and that's if your ISP let you do that.

no it changes your ip with your provider

it changes your Computers IP, not your routers. So you'll still be banned since IP bans are made on external ip addresses which is the ip addresse assigned by your isp to your modem/router. An easy way to confirm that, is to go to www.ipchicken.com

Check the ip they give you, it's your external ip, which is the same for everything on your network, but if you check the internal ip from individual machines in your house they will be different.

Internal IP - Your private ip, only known by your private network (Doing your steps will only change this, which will not affect the ban at all)
External IP - Your public ip to the internet assigned by your isp to your router. (For it to work, you'd have to change this one, which not many providers let people do)

Correct way

Router Settings > Check "Dynamic IP" > Wait for ISP to change IP (if)

whether I can change my IP or not ( I just switched providers and my work is paying for the router) which completely switched my IP (this took place this summer making the IP ban from a year ago a very thorough one)
