How to make a server sniper only?

I'm setting up my own server for a LAN event, and I was wondering what the server.cfg commands are for class restrictions. Or do you restrict classes somewhere besides the server preferences document?

If it's a lan, you don't need any class restriction. Just tell the dude.
The plugin (form sourcemod) is maxclass (old but do the job)
