What are your personal interests or hobbies?
I enjoy Sniping, Rocket Jumping, Regular Gameplay, and Dodgeball.
Outside of TF2 I enjoy playing music, and creating interesting poems or ideas. I like to write as well, however I don't consider myself a writer.

How did you come across the Snipezilla server?
I was introduced to Snipezilla by my friend and after he'd introduced me I found that I really enjoyed the server, so I kept coming back to snipe. I'd found the server about a year and a half ago.

Why do you want to become an admin? (Motivation)
I love the Sniping Community, and I feel like I would be a pretty good admin.
I see hackers pop on the server and either I have to get an admin on or if nobody is online we have to wait out for the hacker to get bored. I hope that I may be able to ban the hacker myself rather than wait for somebody else to hop on, or wait for the hacker to leave.

What do you most enjoy about Snipezilla?
The community. I can snipe anywhere, but Snipezilla has a beautiful feeling to it. Whenever I play I just find myself feeling better, and I've made a lot of friends on the server and because of it.

Guess ill stick with husky this time, maybe later you can apply again but this app looks rushed and bland, but your maturity is a serious problem to worry about, i have no doubt you could do the job but we have been accepting quite a few immature admins that have had to be dealt with and i just haven't had the time.

Applications are like job interviews, this may be some stupid online community to some people but its fun to us and something enjoyable that we dont want to see ruined.. We put in the effort so should you.. Be original, half of this is just crap we hear from ever 12 year old who finds this server

Cybur, you are a very friendly and approachable person, which makes your interaction on the server with others mostly positive from my many experiences sniping with you. I've known you for quite a while and I strongly believe that your heart is in the right place. Like Doc, I also have no doubt you could do the job. Unfortunately, I have to side with both Husky and Doc on the 'no' and also back their reasoning. The maturity level of admins has certainly been a noticeable issue here, not leaving out the possibility of even myself contributing to that on occasion. At your core and on your best days, you can be very genuine and composed; however, it's fairly questionable what days those will be and what the others could bring. My reasoning for this is that you have a tendency to excessively flaunt the things in which you are proud of. I find it respectable that you hold such pride in those things, but in excess it is easy to be perceived as gloating. That perception can easily damage the integrity of not only your maturity level, but the integrity other admins here. If put into a position of power, I can't help but question how that power would be applied. The fact that I have to question is also the main reason I have to say no. I'm sorry, man.

I think they summed it up so I'm not gonna say too much. I believe you could do the job man but I'm gonna have to agree with them on this decision for now. You're a very friendly and nice guy don't get me wrong.
