Activity plays a certain role, especially when it's lacking from both the server and the forums. Things can change, or in some cases, people can change, thus why activity for both sources are put as a priority. I'm not saying check the forums every day.
Before the 'cleansing', there were 26 listed admins at its peak. Two of which have had their adminship forcefully removed, whilst a third was permanently banned. And a few others were acting, as if with a superiority complex. Thus why we are now taking higher precautions.
How are we going to choose admins? As J.D. put it, time will tell. It's how we originally found admins, by watching their dedication, nature in-game and how they interact with situations. Some people may take days to receive adminship again, while others may have to give a little convincing. Fact is, Snipezilla is nearly always populated now, and a lot of people who come on aren't necessarily bright/patient/kind, so anybody/everybody needs to be able to deal with it accordingly.
Mixup: You can thank Cedde, I just pointed it out
The Lone Spirit: You were removed due to the incident a few weeks ago. It isn't necessarily permanent, but such will have to be decided over time. But still hope you get to play more now!
Husky: Time will only tell. And three months is a long time, what did you do?
Apologies for the lack of replies on my behalf. I've been able to view this through my phone, but not really respond without requiring at least an hour to write this text. But the internet in my apartment seems to be at an effective level again, so yay!
Perhaps I shall send out messages for those who the forums apply to (whichever thread it be at the time).
