Yeah it's hard to tell with the crappy quality and frame rate of video. Some shots were incredibly hacky. Others were good shots. Other shots missed.

I agree, but on other hand, his primary account has been recently VAC, the same day as the ban wave on tf2.

Same primary account, he was lag abusing (and maybe, not sure, aimboting....)

Played with him earlier, I banned him. Clear Triggerbot & induced lag. He also left instantly when I called him out
