Why Snipezilla is garbage and how it could be better.

I've been playing on snipezilla sniper servers for a while now. And some of the shit the server's do are pretty stupid and seem like they haven't been thought about at all. Why kick people for breaking dresscode? Why not just respawn them with of the Darwin's danger sheild? Why are spies allowed? Why the f*** can they use invis watches and anything other than the Ambassador? Why do I never see an admin ever (other than this one time with a guy who had the tag [Satan] who was pretty cool)? Why is there no vote system for kicking hackers and muting mic spammers? Why have your servers been complete shit for so long and no one done anything about it? Who knows I dont really care I'll probably just keep playing on the servers and deal with it since I can't find other sniper only servers.

The kick system is probably because of the poor skill programming( at the time, there was no plugin to prevent the darwin, it was written very quickly). It works, why change now? Not to mention majority like this way. Leave or play fair.
The server is vanilla or was. Barely no plugins. Sniping oriented, so some items cannot be present.
You can mute anyone in TF2. Why do you need a vote?
Snipezilla must do some rights to be that popular and always up for so many years.
And tbh, we don't why the popularity maybe the map selection, quality of the servers, our freedom policy, love in TF2 sniping, our community, the challenge, our. admins (discreet) etc etc... Just a guess.

Also a good reason to not have vote mutes, is people like myself (calling myself a problem cause i'd do it) and others would just use the vote system to screw with people we don't really care for, or to screw with friends, but if a vote is passed, and a punishment is given without reason.. That would result in a player drop or may cause someone to dislike the server due to the abuse from other players not getting punished; therefore creating more work for us.

Vote mutes could be abused by players just like vote kicks and the map votes as I've seen. Normally if an admin is on we stay on top of mic spammers. Or at least I know I do. I don't know about the others.

From my personal 9 years of experience on pubs, I can safely say that the vote option is not good. People will just abuse it. For example, i was sniping on a random pub. Of course people are going to claim i hack and so i got voted off with a temp ban for no reason.

As far as admins being on, you can always mute mic spammers. And hackers aren't as prevalent as they used to be in tf2. So the chances of running into one isn't all that high. I'm online whenever i can be when i'm not working. Feel free to add me or message me if you see a hacker on.
