There is http://snipezilla.challonge.com to track scores and organized or something else could be setup.
A server could be dedicated for these events only (4v4 or 2v2). The score will be directly from the tf2 board, I think I could managed to write a plugin to count score at the end of the round or do some other thing. need ideas!
And of course, there will be a fee to participate (let say $5) which will be entirely redistribute to the winners.
As you know, there is the beautiful mensis rank now; and a page could be made to track a clan too! Any interest, I will need the name to track everything (e.g. SÊ clan will have players.SÊ tracked etc...).
