I mean I am a legal adult. Do I act like it? Of course not because being an adult is difficult.

please explain what you are asking then and do you even know the diff. from an ip ban and steam ban? If so i dont understand what you are saying.

Wrong it changes the ip from your router to your provider. Which is consistent to what i've been saying ip bans are useless.
