Anyone want to give a break down on what lerp is and how changing setting to it can effect your game for the better or worse?

This was recommend to me to add to my launch setting

+cl_cmdrate 66 +cl_updaterate 66 +cl_interp_ratio 1 +cl_interp 0.033

Anyone have any idea what this is doing to my game?

cl_dm rate 66 is helping u lower ur ping dont know anything else tho xD

lerp is designed to counter your lag on different servers, the higher your ping the lower you want your lerp, stock lerp is 100.00, ive never played with it in sniping, but in tf dodgeball it changes how you reflect a rocket, makes the rocket appear closer than it is.
