What are your personal interests or hobbies?

I enjoy playing soccer, listening to music, and of course, clicking heads!

How did you come across the Snipezilla server?

It was a while back but I'm pretty sure I just typed in "snipe" in the map search bar. I've been playing on Snipezilla servers for over a year now and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

Why do you want to become an admin? (Motivation)

I realize that the sniping community isn't the biggest and I want to make the experience for newer players as pleasurable as possible. (hacking, spamming, etc..) I believe that expanding our already strong community will lead to new friends and more competition for the future;)

What do you most enjoy about Snipezilla?

What I enjoy most about these servers is the players themselves. There's nothing more satisfying than to see a newer player on the server gradually get better and start dominating bigger names! I also find sniping very relaxing and try to play everyday for a couple of hours.

Thanks for the application! its nice and covers what is needed, but ive never seen you myself, im going to have to stay neutral at the moment, unless anyone can speak up for knowing or seeing you on the servers we will have to wait.

Thanks and I appreciate you keeping this open. I'm not really sure how many admins I've played with but the two I know for sure have seen me are tales and darth doggy.

Hey sway!

Good to see you found your way onto the forums. ;)

Before I provide my input, I'd like to ask one more question: What initially brought you to TF2? I ask this because I noticed your profile is nearly one and a half years old, and I'm questioning your familiarity or experiences with what is considered an aimbot.
Just trying to get to know you a bit better before I decide!

Sorry, too young/inexperienced. You will have to wait when people know you more. :(
Welcome to SnipeZilla!

Well, I got my computer about a month before I knew what Steam was. I was looking for games to play because I was bored and having no money on my account I stumbled upon TF2. After a few months of playing non-stop I got pretty good at the game and decided to push sniping more. As for my experience with aimbot, I know the typical LMAObox and Hackerbot.net type stuff but I haven't had too many occasions where I couldn't decide if they were legit or not. Again, I'm not totally oblivious to what a hacker may look like but I've never had the power/pressure to do somethinf about it. I actually don't ever recall having one of those moments on a Snipezilla server but more on casual. This probably makes up your decision for you but I just like to be honest. Anyways, thanks for taking the time to read my app:)

My personal two criteria for whether somebody is responsible enough for the admin tag is their maturity and competence. Being great at sniping doesn't always equate to being any good at spotting a hacker, and vice versa.
Though I hope this rejection doesn't put you off from joining and enjoying our servers. My recommendation would be to try again a bit later down the road, when you feel you're more familiar with our community and we're more familiar with you! :)

Enjoy!

Welcome to SnipeZilla!
I've played against sway maybe 3 times (yesterday as well actually, I was playing under the name >.>) and he was polite and respectful but other than that I haven't seen much of him. So I can understand/agree with cedde's decision. However, don't give up:)! I was in this position before as well, same age and about 20k points when I first applied (May 17th, 2016).

I got the same response as you, but it didn't stop my enjoyment of these servers and was actually more incentive to play more! I continued to be active on snipezilla, whether it was notifying admins, having fun and being respectful in game or participating in discussions on forums and such. And from that I became more known in the community as well as getting to know the community myself, as doggy said. It also increased my knowledge of things that go on around sz, such as cheaters, points, and events. When I re-applied for admin almost a year later (Jan 27th, 2017), I was recognized in the community with a much better understanding of the server and a fairly good score (https://www.snipezilla.com/tf2-hlstatx/rank/?search=STEAM_0:1:82497857) and as a result I was accepted. I still enjoy these servers now as much as I did then.:p

Hope you continue to enjoy this community! Looking forward to seeing more of you around. :D
