TF2 Snipezilla 12 max player or more?

Noticed snipezilla server 75.114.173.101:27015 is only out of 12. I was wondering if that what you want to keep it at Cedde.

Also just to get some input: Do you all like it at 6v6 or would you all like more slots available. Leave some input, but ultimately what Cedde likes goes.
 
I think it was put down to 12 due to the headshot plugin (at least for whenever it's active). Though it's been at 12 for a while now (as far as I've noticed anyway^^). Or perhaps to be able to tell the difference between the two servers? Mhmmm.
Anyway, I don't mind it, as most people haul on over to the secondary server with 18 slots. The 12 slotter rarely gets full these days =S Busy, but not full.
 
I got an idea. How about having different map rotations on different servers. Lets say the 18 slot server play larger maps and the 12 slot play smaller maps like sn_dop and the sort. Let each server have a different flavor op maps.

Another note, I wont be playing tf2 for awhile as I'm moving to Texas and will be living out of an hotel for a few weeks until we can get a house. Thus, I'm using my laptop and would not enjoy slaughtering the competition nearly as much if I were on my desktop.

I'm getting into dota 2 for the time being. So if anyone wants to join me hit me up on steam.
 
An_dot def not on my to play list...so small in there if you fart you are liable to just K.O. everyone. Dot and Pool are least favorites cause they are so small. They should be at most 3v3 maps. Those maps empty out the server too.

dz_sniper, sniperfarm, all Orange maps, sniper ridge solid maps as they give you room to work with.

Don't forget TF2_f. Loads of people love that map, regardless of how small it is. Though not as small as Dot admittedly =p

DO we still have the 3rd server? If so how about all the crazy maps the EU/Korean servers have and throw them on there.

Or make it a scrim server where admins can throw a password on it for some private SvS action. Also add the Sz tag to all the scrim team players on the forums. The list is located on the Scrim sub forum.
 
More slots to kill more people :)
 
I would like to see 32 players on one server but I doubt that would happen =/. If it did ever happen, I would have to get a Machina for double and triple kills.

All kidding aside, I sometimes feel like 6v6 leaves a server feeling a bit empty. If it was a stable 6v6, it might be OK but people join and leave frequently so sometimes the numbers get low to like 2v2, and when this happens, usually those 4 remaining people will just get bored and leave looking for a more full server.
 
The third Snipezilla server (173.234.63.59:27015) has been down for ages now. Always responds with the message "Server is not responding" - probably due to being outdated or shut down. Not sure which though.
 
I agree with Zex...especially if you get Zex and one other strong player on his team......they just run everyone out of the server. Us sharks need plenty of bait fish we can run through if ya know what I'm sayin.

Well, as war tacticians put it, never let your enemy know your strategy (in this case, your ability). An enemy who is in the belief of winning is a much easier opponent when delivered the blow.
 
The price for a 32 player server is 32 dollars a month. For every player slot the cost increases by 1 dollar. Anyone willing to create a money pool to share the cost of the operation or is this moot.
 
SvS servers should not have 32 people. Not even 24 people. SvS maps are designed in such a way that you are immediately sniping people at a distance, generally only two strips of land with no traveling involved as there are no objectives.

12 is too low for a public server. I'd vote at at least 16 but less than 20.
 
We could always experiment and see what happens. There are some maps that could support 20+ players. Like the crevasse or other large sniping maps. The lego map is quite large as well.
