Apologies, I was going to post this yesterday, but ended up getting too busy.
So, after discussing with Magnus to get a better picture of his concept, this is the result.

The goal is to give snipers the feeling of a proper community and competition, instead of random pugs that don't happen or having to deal with childish/arrogant/egotistical people who ruin the fun and enjoyment of one of the most popular player modes in TF2 (that being SvS).
For some, this may be an attempt to bring back the feeling of the 'old days'. But in truth, this is an attempt to step forward. To achieve that feeling of a comfortable atmosphere again, but for both new and old generations of snipers. Not intending to sound too poetic with all of it though.

Systematically speaking, the concept is simple. Build a "Sniper Council", inclusive of representatives from sniper groups or owners of sniper servers (from all around the world). These representatives speak on behalf of who they're representing and will be able to put input into any decisions or choices.
The goal is to create a functioning system for tournaments, competition, randoms and above all, create a friendly universal sniper community.
As it has become apparent that these forums are easier to navigate around or use than Steam, I would say that any notifications or conversations relating to this community process be posted here. Otherwise, the official groups will be via Steam, as usual.
There will be two groups:
  • Group 1: Holding three representatives from Snipezilla, ambassadors from their respective servers and group representatives. The group/team or server you are representing MUST be sniper orientated. This group is to allow there to be an easier flux of information between the respective ambassadors.
  • Group 2: Containing snipers and members of the groups or servers. This would simply be for general announcements and to keep a tab on things.
*These groups are simply to list members/players of the respective category. Otherwise, I still strongly suggest we use the Snipezilla forums, as they have seperate clan forums, forum waypoints, calendars and a well-established friendly community!

This is still a concept in process, so any suggestions would be helpful.

Under certain rules (very strict), we could join hlstats and sourcebans ; many people from euro here and ping is important. And with enough people we could dedicate a server for tournament (maybe with price and fee).

Sounds crazy awesome. It'd be great to have another method of spreading word about new maps. Not only could new map concepts be introduced by map makers on a grander scale, but a plethora of the community's members could easily respond and express/conceptualize their desired map designs for tournaments, specific skill practice, and general usage maps. I'm sure once the communities have collaborated I won't be the only mapper around!

I have a Mod in my group thinkin bout making maps, idk if he knows how but he wants to

Seems like an excellent idea! I'd love to see some tournaments start up again. I was active in Slv2 back in the day and it was arguably the most fun I've had gaming.

Would love to see this get popular.
