HI! My name is Maxi Jabase, and I'm from Córdoba, Argentina.

What are your personal interests or hobbies?
I love computer games, especially first person shooters. Also I love sports; I have been swimming since the age of 4 and currently I'm going to the gym, since I'm a very athletic person and I think keeping my body healthy is important. I absolutely love riding my bike, and I love animals. I'm planning on studying computer sciences and programming. I have experience in managing Minecraft servers, but nothing too related to TF2 or CS.


How did you come across the Snipezilla server?
When I installed TF2 I knew Snipin' was for me, so I started practicing with him, until couple months later I thought 'what if there is a Sniper only server? That'd be cool' so I searched for 'sniper' on tags until I found Snipezilla. At first it wasn't easy at all, but when I found out my skill got a lot better when I started playing more frequently, I started visiting the server more often, and absolutely loved it.

Why do you want to become an admin? (Motivation)
I think the main reason is because if there's something that makes me absolutely angry, is people that play unfairly, with hacks and cheats; therefore, I compromise to help the rest of the admins team in their duty of keeping servers clean of these players, but of course, knowing the difference between skill and hacks.
Also, when I was a newbie sniper, I never had someone that could teach me, and I know the struggle of training alone, so I promised to myself to be really patient with new players that want to learn how to use Sniper effectively (and of course, playing the game in general) for which I think we would both learn something.
And finally, even though I cannot be online during the week, I'm going to be dedicated because I always visit Snipezilla servers in every weekend, since I'm really interested in getting myself into competitive, and this servers are extremely useful for me. I'm a couple weeks my winter break starts so I'll have plenty of time to dedicate to the servers

What do you most enjoy about Snipezilla?
In my opinion what I love the most about Snipezilla is the community and the challenge that it implies playing there. I've made an uncountable amount of sniper friends, giving each other tips and tricks. Even though there are sometimes trolls and mic-spams in the servers, most of the time it's just nice people to fight against, which I appreciate a lot.
And going deeper in the challenging topic, I think that's the reason I keep playing on Snipezilla everyday: there are always new challenges, new players, new tactics, and therefore, always a chance to improve, make friends and have fun.
Oh, I almost forgot! I've made a couple of videos playing there, you can see the skill difference between the newest sniper video and the oldest I have in my channel. I'll leave it here

My problem here is the first impression you made towards me. Before even knowing which admin was online telling you not to spawn camp you lost your mind but then you find out they're a female? You went ahead and made sexist jokes. Not really a good first impression to make.

Oh, yeah, I remember that moment, yes, you can say it was sexist, but I do not consider them that hurtful as here in my friends circle we consider them very common, even with girls, because we ironically laugh at how dark jokes can be, when I ignore in other cultures that's offensive. I apologize for that, apart from being in a bad mood due to a personal problem, but I guess it's my fault because I shouldn't have dropped all my bad humor into the game, you didn't deserve that

To be honest, Admin is not the best option for a young fellow like you (we take our servers extremely seriously). You will not last long; see how many have been fired (even our CFO has recently been kick out by @Husky ).
There are so many better ways to be involved in our community.

I understand, I guess I'll just have to grow up a little bit more in order to me more mature and give you guys more confidence about myself, since I really want to be involved in this in someway. To be fair though, that's a matter of respecting the other team. Kill them when you're strong, and you will adapt and improve. Seek the weak, and you'll have a false sense of superiority.

Going by the general trend of shakey responses here, I'm unfortunately going to have to turn down your application. I would suggest for you to improve upon your current reputation before returning for another try at becoming an admin. But feel free to participate on the forums and enjoy the servers!
