New Update Massively Effects Sniper

I'm going to bind 'space' with crouch.
But seriously, they could have fix the hitbox or whatever complain they received instead.
 
Tf2 is going mainstream , mainstream plays and mainstream updates
 
TF2 was mainstream for quite a while, ever since it became free tbh. Now they've just added an update that makes SvS a whole different game. This might be a bit problematic for those who aren't very used to the high-scale of sniping..
 
Haha. And I thought they were purposely trying to eliminate the SvS niche with the Sleeper, Darwins and The Classic

Not necessarily. Cedde's sniping style is a good example of what it looks like (even though apparently he didn't snipe in TFC). If done well, and you're accurate and quick enough, it's really effective. It wasn't quite as good because it wasn't too easy to peak around a corner and quickly headshot someone who's spam jump/crouching. Since it's pretty much gone now, might see people start to do it a lot more now.

Hard scopers will never be able to hit moving targets consistently. They will always be in some of the same spots. Since you know where they are at ahead of time you can do jumps and crouches or ducks where they can't hit you and then zoom in and kill. I have no issues with any hard scopers or wall creepers.
 
Lordy lord lord! This update gives those corner camping snipers the green light to snipe anyone locked in a heated duel with another sniper out in the open. Free headshots! Nab them while you can!
 
I'd like to think hardscopers are only easy candy if they can't react fast enough. Though they're generally easy on open maps like Orange or farm. But Ridge and TF2_f give plenty of space to hide.

Though Bullet, corner sniping isn't really dead. Just not noticed as often. Most people play with a mix of walling and shuffling. Might lopside a bit now though.

Anyways, got to play a bit earlier. Had a little test with the opposing team, as to see the game style. Ended up having half the team shuffle for 4 seconds, aiming in and out, waiting for me to shoot. A bit different than from before =p

Is better to not miss. And not look to be oportunist, if even you wanna be name a tryhard or you want to be know becuse of skill. But whatever is only a game, you can play for game or you can play for life. That's my conviction. I decited life.
