Source servers (such as TF2) won't launch at its current state with MetaMod/SourceMod installed.
Easy fix though, delete the "SourceMod.vdf" file inside the addons/Metamod folder, and the server will come back online.
However, this means SourceMod will be disabled, and all the lovely things that come with that issue.
