What are your personal interests or hobbies?

I enjoy playing in my school's marching band and attending to various clubs at school.
I also like to play TF2 ;3

I have noticed that I am a very friendly and amiable person. I tend to get along very well with others and I don't enjoy causing trouble or anything like that. I'm also a very open-minded person when it comes to criticism and suggestions. I always love it when people try to help me out by explaining to me what I'm doing wrong and how I should improve.

I do not like those who yell at me and try to put me down.

I am an extremely reasonable person. I understand that everyone has mistakes and sometimes they should be forgiven. I know that no one can be a perfect angel all the time. Although, when it comes to more severe situations, I do not mess around a bit. I take care of things swiftly and fairly. I try my best to be non biased when it comes to decisions and that everyone is treated on equal ground. I am someone that you can call on to make a logical decision. I can think clearly while under pressure and not make decisions way too quickly or too drastically. I take the calm approach and I think through everything before making my judgement on something. I do not like to make a decision that I will end up regretting forever. I will consider all the facts and make an accurate and good verdict 100% of the time.

I want to learn every day. Every minute. Every second. Improving is the only way to become a better person in general.

How did you come across the Snipezilla server?

I was pretty bored one day so I decided to work on my sniper aim. I was searching around for some sniper only servers and stumbled upon snipezilla.

Why do you want to become an admin? (Motivation)

Well there's a ton of different reasons why I want to be an admin. My main reason is to try and keep this a fun, friendly, and inviting community. Nothing bothers me more than someone trying to put others down for no reason.

I want to help people feel like that they always have a place in this community and that they always have people to talk to if they have a question or an issue to talk about. I want to allow everyone to be involved in a community as big as this. I always like suggestions from other people because I'm pretty damn sure that 100 different ideas will be better than the idea of one person. I want everyone treated as an equal and that no one is excluded from anything at all.

I also despise those who try to ruin the fun by cheating, disruptive behavior, etc. I absolutely detest anyone who tries to ruin the experience for everyone. They should not be allowed to participate in this generous privilege of being able to use these servers to have fun on with others.

I hope to make this community even better than it was before. Nothing is ever perfect. I want to be able to make the experience for everyone better and more memorable.

What do you most enjoy about Snipezilla?
I love the constant challenge of someone being here better than me. I love to constantly improve and to try and become better every day. Nothing is more fun than improving and seeing how you are now to how you were a long time ago.

Just adding in this little bit about my prior experiences:

Currently as of right now, I am a moderator on a minecraft server called Emenbee Realms. We have approximately 800+ players on the servers each day and even more on the weekends. I've been with them for about 3 years now. (You can see that I have a tag listed as Creative Staff: http://forum.emenbee.net/profile/1709353)

What I've contributed to them: I've been an extremely active and good moderator on the server (recently, I've been too busy to attend to minecraft in general, mainly TF2 atm.) I've helped them out by being a build team member (resigned a long time ago) who would help the server build spawns and such. I've also had a ton of forum activity. I enjoy helping new players and resolving issues that other people may have. (https://gyazo.com/c42bed6869d36b504926b571901b94e9) I have a ton of forums posts, around 1240. I've also helped the server out by introducing new methods and ways to help improve the flow of server activity. For example, I've provided them ways to improve ban/unban effectiveness.

I am also currently an admin of a community on CS:GO called vLgaming. Our servers were constantly filled with players all throughout the day. I've been playing on these servers for about a year now and I will continue to be an admin. (Steam Group: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/violentLoveGaming Website: http://vlgsite.com/forum/portal.php Sourcebans (with all the servers): http://www.vlgsite.com/sourcebans) My name is in green (designating that I am a member): https://gyazo.com/c3dcd95243def3c8c081daaa10fdb2f5. I can provide further proof if needed.

I've helped out the community by resolving ban/unban requests. I've played counterstrike for approximately 3 years now and I've had extensive contact with good players and hackers. I was actively helping one of the server admins to come up with new servers and testing out plugins. Also, through vLg, I've learned a lot of server management.

Just to note, this community has now died temporarily. The owner has shut down all the servers for money issues and he promises to revive the community in a few months.

Most recently, around May, I joined with a few friends to start a new PUG group for lower div players in TF2. ( http://steamcommunity.com/groups/IronPugs ).

Recently, we did a tournament on August 24th. It was a one day, double elim bracket with a prize pool of 24 keys + 30 ref. A small prize pool but we were sponsored and we had approximately 48 people compete in the tournament. Actually, a lot of people who frequent TF2Center actually participated in this tournament. It was also streamed live with a caster on twitch.

I helped out a lot during the tournament. I was in charge of grouping people up by their divisions and classes. I went through every single person's division and prior experience in order to place them in a team that was fairly balanced. It was a tedious task but it was definitely worth my time.

On the day of the tournament, I was present for about 3 hours or so in order to make sure the matches were running smoothly and we mainly kept everything moving and no issues were present.
It was an amazing experience for me.

I can provide further evidence on any of these communities that I've listed. You can also contact me to talk!
