Lel banned for sounding creepy?

Snipin' in the server start talking to dude (didn't know was admin at time) ask him if he has a mic cuz bored. he says yes, i ask for him to use it. He says ok, few mins later hes not talking. So i push for him to use it. Hes says no, i push a little more. He uses admin chat to ask why i want him to use the mic. I jokingly ask if hes nervous he mutes me which is the voice command so i tell it was the wrong one and he gags me. I rejoin thinking it was a joke and use my mic this time. I say in the creepiest voice possible if he was nervous. He asks if i want a ban. I dont reply to this, next thing i know im banned for six days. Just wanna know if this is serious or not i'm still banned. I'm a little confused.The admin was S-Defens

Are you serious? How is this a fair ban, I'm playing completely normally besides talking to you, and then I'm banned for a week.

I'm uncertain as to the exact role of events that took place between you two, but I'll say this: "jokingly" can vary from peaceful to disgust, so that didn't specify anything. And also, coming back after being silenced and then continuing the same act that got you it in the first place will get you a temporary ban. That part I agree on. But I also think a ban for "fooling around inappropriately" should not necessarily last a week. Unless you continue..

I've reduced the ban to one day. As of now, it will last 12 more hours and then you'll be able to join again, if you so wish.

what was your side of the story D? u could have just left it with a mute, if spamming chat, or silence, to stop both, gotta be careful sometimes.
