IP ban might be needed

There has been a bunch of hackers lately and there's one in particuluar that keeps coming back with new accounts
the one on currently as i type this is this one http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198239561410

However I'm not too sure how to get his Steam ID and if I knew how i would grab it. Surely enough you can find it on the ban list

FYI TO GET STEAM ID's

type status in the console just the word status nothing fancy no quotes or anything
