Unfortunately, I couldn't ban them because I was on my alt messing with lerp and config settings. I played against them for roughly 10-15 minutes or less. They appeared pretty legit for the most part; nothing outside of alty from what I could see. However, there were a couple of shots that seemed a little wonky, so I started recording anyway. Alas, the final shot was all I needed.

Note: None of the other shots were even remotely close to this blatant. It appears to me that even they knew how obvious that was and dip-set the hell outta there.

Hmm, even if this looks very suspicious I would not ban him before spectating.
I've seen weird bugs with Lag compensation and you said that you were messing with lerp. I never ban without spectating, but that could be just me. Up to you.

Mhmm, I've been shot by people who, on my client, were aiming 60° to the left or right, but I've always attributed it towards my own lag.
Also, on the player's profile it shows they're from Zimabwe, and if that's true, then I imagine they'd have a sizeable lag as well.
