Banned From Servers [Un-Ban Request]

My Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:168468972
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Who I've been banned by: I have no idea whom, as I have just discovered that I have been banned today.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Reason: Once again, I have no idea.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Proof I wasn't: Yesterday, my internet wasn't working correctly. So when I went to take a look at the router to troubleshoot, I saw a Red/Orange light on the "Internet Logo", meaning that the router could not connect to my ISP.
I turned my router and modem off for a few hours and then put it back on.
And after that, the router was able to connect to my ISP.
Today, I decided to launch Team Fortress 2 to play on your servers, only to discover that I have been banned for a reason unknown to me.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When was I banned: I don't know, I cannot find my name in the "Bans" section of this website.

I have one method of proving that the ban was not intended for me.
As I have stated above, I left my router and modem off for a few hours before turning it back on and being able to connect to the internet.
It turns out that due to the way that IPV4 works, when you turn off your router for a specific time: Your IP Address [Public] changes to another IP. In simple terms, it's like someone leaving their seat, and someone uses it.
The ban may have been triggered due to my current IP being previously linked to a ban caused by a previous owner of the same IP Address.

Even if that were true, the pereptrator that you were linked to via IP has a past name using the exact same circle letters as you are in your current account. Now, I'm not sure about others, but I rarely ever come across players using bubble-text for names on Steam. And then there's the less incrimidating fact that both of the profile pictures are a close-up of some anime characters face.

It seems rather too coincidental.

It does seem coincidental, but my current profile picture is not from some Anime.
But however, I do understand why you would suspect me of such from "Server Cleaning Service" 's profile picture being similar to my own.

Due to these replies, I'm assuming that this request has been denied, correct?
