You are missing the point completely, I agree that using anything to give you an advantage over other players should be banned. My point is that there is NO way you can prove that he actually did use that type of software. And why him specifically ? I can count at least 15 people that have consistent bad ping but you choose to bash on Wew.

He's not hacking he just conveniently lags from behind a wall for the HS... it's just a coincidence for 2 years running.

Used my judgement banned him for an hour. Can prove he teleports around. So how can he prove he is legit I don't get it shouldn't one use their own judgement.

How do you know he is just not lagging for real ? How can you tell the difference between lag hacking and lagging at all ? The way you explain it is that you think that he is guilty until proven otherwise which is a stupid mentality. For your judgement to make sense, you have to provide some kind of logic or proof behind your arguments, this is not the case here.

No one can. Consistent bad ping is a lot more suspicious than intermittent issues because fakelag works by dropping/delaying as many packets on purpose. This does affect latency contrary to what you mentioned earlier. However after watching / playing with wew longer than anyone here I can offer my opinion and say that his connection problem is genuine and not due to some "3rd party shit". So can we close this topic, move on and play some svs?

As somebody who plays from Europe and constantly has a 100+ ping, and on the rare occasion even 400+, I find it hard to see how somebody could easily assess that hindrance as intentional instead of situational.
This thread clearly blew up more than it should have, though I'd prefer having the issue resolved instead of being pushed under the rug.

You believe what you saw, and regardless of the longevity of the ban, it was a ban, so justify and explain your decision. You stated you have proof that he teleports around, so provide that proof.
